Well Done you!! I'm so pleased for you that you've made it this far...it is especially difficult during the holidays.

If it is any consolation I still get the odd craving and I've been smoke free for over 8 years...I think that part is something that you never shake completely.

Good news on the sock front...I tried knitting over the Christmas break, but my hands just aren't up to it...so I'm going to leave the knitting to my DD (she's 14)

The stew sounds yummy...and perfect for the cold weather.

I think it would be more of a consolation if the odd craving would go away after ..say, 6 months, and never return ;-)

I just saw that I forgot to translate the part with the link to the stew.. lol
I write everything in german on my other blog and then translate it and delete the german parts here - this time not completely.
