Nenya is crazy.. she's sewing the midget sampler
...and I think it's contagious.
So on Saturday, I saved all 83 Midget Blocks. to my computer.
Thinking about it, Nenya already tried to convert me in June ;-)
Well, so I printed out some instructions..
And then I copied the stuff to semi-transparent paper which was originally sold to wrap sandwiches in it. I don't like sewing on the printer sheets themselves, I rather like to keep the instructions and paper piecing patterns intact.
These blocks are so small! This is not nearly insane, but really insane!
So that is midget block nr.1 - Ohio Star.
And since I'm on staycation right now and have a lot of time, I sewed some more blocks:
Nr. 3 - Wild Goose Chase
Nr. 5 - Pineapple
All three of them.
On the back of the blocks I basted on little pieces of fabric with the name of the block and when I made it. Because I think this project will take a lot of time and it will be nice to know which ones I made when later. :)
And this is my virtual design wall!
